So WAS I! As my environment evolved from high school to college to working full time to working part time, I kept telling myself, “it will be easier when….”<\/strong><\/p>\n

But it didn’t get easier! My perfectionism just kept evolving right alongside my environment. And it would have kept evolving if I didn’t learn the model I now teach to my clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether you’re looking for straight-A’s, a best friend, to weigh a certain amount, or to save enough money, there’s good news and bad news. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Bonnie! This is amazing thank you! I woke up at 5 AM in a lot of pain. Normally I tell myself it\u2019s OK to be in pain but I didn\u2019t today. I let myself feel frustrated and annoyed and then my pain lessened. It\u2019s like I could breathe better. I thought this is what it feels like to acknowledge my feelings. It was pretty remarkable. After letting myself rest, I was ready to get out of bed. I wanted to do something different and there was no guilt!!!! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Bonnie is like an encyclopedia with the most incredible resources for self help. I literally feel like I could talk about any topic and she would have a podcast or book or meditation that will help! She seriously has put in the WORK and it shows! She also asks really good clarifying questions to make sure she understands where you\u2019re coming from before coaching on something which I LOVE because it shows how intently she\u2019s listening and how much she really cares.
