• All good! Most of my clients are new to the world of coaching.
• You can schedule a 30 minute free mini session with me to get a feel for the vibe and see how you like it without the commitment.

Are you religious or faith based?

• Yes! I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Christian). 
• I love to bring in faith based values, but definitely won’t if you prefer otherwise!
